A select few Luni pieces are instore at the Newcastle Artefact store, located at 72 Bull Street Cooks Hill.
If there is a specific piece you'd like to try on, please contact us to make sure it's available instore. -

Currently only Australian shipping is available at checkout, but if you are located overseas please get in contact and we can work out shipping options for you.

Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 weeks, times may vary on made-to-order pieces
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be undamaged, and in original packaging
We cannot except returns or exchanges on any earring products due to hygiene reasons, unless deemed faulty

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Care & Warranty
Jewellery should be handled with care; avoid exposure to perfumes, and chemicals.
We offer a limited 30-day warranty on manufacturing defects only.
